Islands Hopping (Part 2) : The Wet Rice Island &

After exploring the Isle of Pregnant Maiden, we headed to Pulau Singa Besar to see eagle feeding. There were about 30 eagles of various colors (grey, brown, black) flying around and retrieving chicken meats thrown into the water.

Our next destination which is also our last destination is Wet Rice Island or Pulau Beras BasahThe crystal clear waters and white sandy beaches of this island make it ideal for swimming, sunbathing and relaxation. Optional sea sport activities are available like parasailing and banana boats at your own expense.

Burnt sugar apam? Funny... :))  I'm alone today.... get bored and have nothing to do, so i surfed the website and look for new recepies which are simple and easy to try.... finally, i found one... in malay, it is known as Apam Gula Hangus but when translated to english, it's called as Burnt Sugar Apam... funny :))  Does anyone know the correct name of this Apam in english?  :)) Original recipies from My resipi.com   Here is the recipe. ;)) Ingredients ( for whole family ) * 2 eggs * 1 cup sugar * 1 cup water * 1/2 cup cooking oil * 2 tablespoon margerine * 2 tablespoon sweetened creamer * 1 tablespoon bicarbonate soda * 1 1/2 cup flour Directions: 1.
