  Squid Curry with french beans Ingredients : (For 2-4 persons) 6-8 squids ( average size) - (cleaned) 2 tablespoons curry powder (for meat) 1 tablespoons Kurma powder   1 tablespoons chili (blended) or chili Boh 1 Shallot 1/2 Onion 1 Garlic 2 slice ginger 1 inch cinnamon 2 fresh chili 3 cup coconut milk 1 Tbsp assam paste (tamarind paste) - soak in a small bowl of warm water, discard the seeds and use the assam water Salt to taste 1 1/2 cup of water  Methods : Heat up a pot with the cooking oil and saute the Onion and salt. As soon as you smell the shallots aroma, add in the cinnamon, garlic, ginger, chili paste & curry leaves.  Add in , squids, curry powder and kurma powder. (mix curry powder and kurma powder with 1 1/2 cup of water first). Stir then closed the pot for 1 minute with slow heat. Add in Coconut Milk, Fresh chili (slices) and stir till boil.
