Pizza time...

It's been so long since last time i makes my own pizza. Since, i'm free today, i decided to prepare my own pizza... ;)) a bit tiring to make pizza if you don't have a bread maker to prepare the dough. As usual : The ingredients : 400 gm high protein flour. 1 tablespoon Instant Yeast 250 ml water (warm) 2 tbs butter/margarine 2 tbs milk powder 2 tbs sugar salt to taste * this measurement enough for 1 large pizza and 7 mini pizza. So, half measurement is enough. Method : Bloom yeast in 1/2 cup warm water . Blooming means to add the liquid first, let the yeast rise up through the liquid and create a mass like a flower on the surface. Combine water and yeast in a large bowl and let sit for 5 minutes. Stir in the sugar, salt, and butter. Add half the flour and mix. Add remaining flour and knead until smooth. Cover with a clean kitchen towel and put in a warm spot to rise for about half an hour (or wait till the dough became 2 times bigger than the original size.) Punch the d...

Have any of you went to Toy Museum , Penang? . Honestly, I never heard about this museum before  (i'm not a toy's lover..that' why :">:"> ) .  but during our visit to Penang Hill  , a young girl gave me the Toy Museum's pamphlet . Since we got no plan, we decided to visit this museum and take a look what's inside the museum. The Museum was the passionate dream of its owner Loh Lean Cheang, a consultant engineer by profession, who got the idea when he visited the Toy and Model Museum in London 30 years ago. He has been collecting toys from all parts of the world ever since. His greatest hobby is now offering untold enjoyment for all ages. The journey of collecting toys started from his first , "Popeye" which cost him half a pound to his most expensive Life Size Robot at RM 9,000( US $2370)in recent years.
