Nasi Lemak ( Coconut Milk Rice)

I woke up early morning. Enough rest and sleep make me feel so fresh and... hungry...*grin* . i decided to prepare Nasi Lemak for breakfast. Nasi Lemak is the de-facto national dish of Malaysia. Nasi Lemak is usually served in the morning as breakfast. The toppings include anchovies sambal, hard-boiled eggs, fried fish and shrimp. Other common toppings include roasted peanuts and cucumber slices. And.... Tadaaaaaaaaaaaaaa..... my version of Nasi Lemak...my own recipe *grin* .
