Kuih Lompang Pandan
Kuih Lompang, is one type of dessert. One of traditional Kuih in Malaysia. It is easy to be prepare since it's require a simple ingredients. Let me show you how simple is it actually! ;) Ingredients : 3 Cup rice flour 4 Cup water 1 cup Sugar 5 Pandan Leaves 1 Small spoon coloring 2 Tablespoon cornflour/ tapioca flour 1 Smallspoon alkaline Pinch of Salt 100g fresh grated coconut (white only. For topping) Methods : Blend pandan leaves with water. Use filter and take the pandan paste only. Mixed all flours, sugar, pandan paste and alkaline in the blender and blend for a while. Steam cups for 5 minutes, then pour in batter into cups and steam using medium heat for 15 minutes. Remove heat and leave to cool. Mix grated coconut with salt, coat the steamed Kuih Lompang, serve.
