On my first trip to Bandung on 2007, we went to Tangkuban perahu ,an active volcano, situated 30 km north of the city of Bandung in the direction of Lembang. Since the trip was to short, we don't have enough time to visit Kawah Putih. So, we do not want to miss that chance during our trip this time. Kawah Putih located in South Bandung. Tooks about 2 hours drive from Bandung city. To get there, we rent a car with a driver. The  rental fee is IDR 500,000 all in one for 12 hours. We get this service thru our driver who took us from Airport to hotel when we arrived. The rates consider cheap as the normal price between 500,000rupiah to 750000 rupiah for 12 hours. It was an 7 Seaters Toyota Avanza. Our trip this time more for shopping. As usual, our favorite place is Pasar Baru. No matter how many times we went there, we unable to visit all the shops there. Its too huge with to many sellers. Our hands is fulled with shopping begs just by visit few levels. Most of everything that we need can be found here.     The most popular item here is Telekung, the apparel that Muslim women wear during perform their prayer.Variety of designs and colors. And the most important part is, it is a lot lot more cheaper than in Malaysia. Every time I went there I will surely at least buy 1 for me. Perfumes are cheap too. You can select any fragrance and any bottle/ size or content.The 10ml perfume just IDR 10000 per bottle.  We went there since morning and did not realized we've been walking and shopping for few hours already till our stomach  makes noise . Third visit to Bandung a bit longer than previous trip as we want to visit and shopping as much as we can. My favorite was cloths and t-shirt. it is easy to find cloths n shirt that longer and bigger with the cheapest price. Some shirt that i bought in MALAYSIA at RM 39-49 sold here just around RM 18-25. Cheap rite?. Some more, in term of fashion and design they are more advance. I used to bought cloth from Bandung and a year later it became trend in Malaysia. Last time we just chose budget hotel but this time we choose a better hotel.we love to try and experience new hotel. Our flight to Bandung depart from Malaysia at 10:55 pm and arrived 2 hours later n Bandung which is midnight @11:55. As far as I remember, i took abut 2 and half an hour to get to Bandung but now just two hours flight.  Festival City Link Mall.
