Surabaya Trip : Day 1 - Apple Plantation , Kusuma Agro Wisata @ Malang

The place we stayed during our trip in Surabaya called as Providence Homestay. It's a Guesthouse but dont know why they named it as homestay. While search for the acccomdation in Surabaya, I found that the hotel there quite expensive but the guest review is not as good as the room rate. But this Guest house win in term of room rate and guests review.

Its actually 2 floors shop lot renovated to be a 9 room guesthouse.They have 1Business suite rooms and 1 VIP room and the guest house runs a 20%  discount promotion on Agoda.com . The room rates for this room type is different. VIP room with attached bathroom , with tv and spacious room. Very comfortable and privacy.

Early morning, we went down and found the driver and the rent car already there waiting for us as promised. We start our journey to Malang and on the way there we stop at a restaurant for lunch. It's a Nasi Padang restaurant. Since the food not to nice, I dont took pics. lol. View along the way to Malang. Paddy field Vegetable Farm in Malang Malang is almost similiar like Berastagi, Medan. Mount area and cool weather.We reached at the Apple Plantation that afternoon. They provide package and we took the package worth IDR 35,000 per pax. This package including apple picking (2 apple) , apple pudding and apple juice. You are free to pick 2 apple at their farm. They have different fruit every day. Luckily, we came the right day for apple picking. If we came a day earlier, it will be the day for strawberry picking. Entrance to Apple Plantation The apple pudding nice too. Most photo still in the camera . I guess, will have to upload later in this blog. There a lot more thing to visit here but since my parent getting tired. We decided to return to guest house. We cancel the plan to stop at Taman Safari . Just stop for a while at Masjid Cheng Ho ,Pandaan. We reached at the hotel about 4 p.m. Rest for few hour and we out again at 7 p.m. Just go to Tunjangan Plaza and found that it just a mall. Just like the one we can find here. Nothing special.
