The room is nice and comfortable. The bathroom is clean and nice too. We love to stay at this hotel and the room rates is a lot  more cheaper.If only  we found this hotel first, for sue we will stay here while in Kota Kinabalu. Information about this hotel is not available in the internet since it is a new hotel. But i recommended this hotel for those who planned to stay in Kota Kinabalu. I do believe, there are lots more cheaper hotel near that area, but unfortunately, we do not have enough time to survey.

    this is good hotel to consider..
    the only disadvantage is just, this hotel got no lift, rite..

    Yes.. u r right. They got no lift. Will be difficult for old people. But, you can ask for room at lower level if those rooms available.
