2 more days to go for Eid Mubarak. So, Happy Eid Mubarak to all Muslims around the world. It's the religious festival that brings joy and happiness . Eid is always the holiest occasion of the Islamic calendar. After a period of inner reflection,devotion and self-control. Now, it's the time for celebration. A lot of work to do. Preparation for this celebration. As usual, preparing Cookies and biscuits is my responsibility. My favorite Kuih Raya , Pineapple Tart (Roll).

Funny... :))  I'm alone today.... get bored and have nothing to do, so i surfed the website and look for new recepies which are simple and easy to try.... finally, i found one... in malay, it is known as Apam Gula Hangus but when translated to english, it's called as Burnt Sugar Apam... funny :))  Does anyone know the correct name of this Apam in english?  :)) Original recipies from My resipi.com   Here is the recipe. ;)) Ingredients ( for whole family ) * 2 eggs * 1 cup sugar * 1 cup water * 1/2 cup cooking oil * 2 tablespoon margerine * 2 tablespoon sweetened creamer * 1 tablespoon bicarbonate soda * 1 1/2 cup flour Directions: 1.
