Mabul Island , Sampoerna , Sabah

Image
Mabul Island first became popular due to its close proximity to Sipadan Island. However, in the last few years it has gained its own recognition as one of the best "muck-diving" sites in the world.    Mabul Island is a small oval shaped island surrounded by sandy beaches and perched on the northwest corner of a larger 200-hectare reef. As usual : The ingredients : 400 gm high protein flour. 1 tablespoon Instant Yeast 250 ml water (warm) 2 tbs butter/margarine 2 tbs milk powder 2 tbs sugar salt to taste * this measurement enough for 1 large pizza and 7 mini pizza. Stir in the sugar, salt, and butter. Add half the flour and mix. Add remaining flour and knead until smooth. Cover with a clean kitchen towel and put in a warm spot to rise for about half an hour (or wait till the dough became 2 times bigger than the original size.) Punch the d...
